TRIGO Global Quality Solutions is seeking to fill a Quality Delivery Manager position in Greer, SC .
Overall Purpose
The Quality Delivery Manager is responsible for reviewing, validating, and maintaining the accuracy and compliance of all work orders throughout their lifecycle. This role ensures that inspection criteria, revisions, and documentation meet customer and internal quality standards. The manager serves as the primary liaison between operations, quality, and customer teams to ensure data integrity, process alignment, and timely communication of work order changes.

Responsibilities
Client relationship & Business development
- Manage team compliance with company policies and procedures, ensuring all quality and service-level agreements are met
- Spearhead key projects and implement operational strategies that optimize efficiency and have a company-wide impact
- Ensure all data transactions between TRIGO based systems and Customer systems are accurate and timely
- Provide error-free cross system data and interfacing between TRIGO and Customer where applicable
- Properly maintain all quality driven documents to meet Customer and TRIGO standards and guidelines, as well as perform all required audits based on Company and Customer guidelines and expectations
- Ensure successful customer satisfaction driven by Customer interface for their work order and mission needs
- Responsible for meeting with Process Partners and Customers as needed to address all needs / concerns
- Ensure all data required by Customer is present to them in the format, condition and timing required, and that system data requirements are accurate and complete
- Provide work orders and missions that are successfully created and implemented that meet the Customer's and TRIGO's policies and guidelines
Operations
Review and approve all new and revised work orders for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with current quality standards and customer specificationsCoordinate with BMW QSPs, OPS Managers, and TRIGO teams to ensure inspection instructions and revision updates are communicated and implemented promptlyMonitor work order closures to ensure proper closure process is adhered toSupport internal and external audits by maintaining traceability and ensuring all work order documentation is readily availableIdentify process gaps and initiate corrective actions or process improvements related to work order flow and accuracyResponsible for the management of the Quality alerts and processes, and the development of Quality containment activities, as well as controlling containment inventory in Customer systems where applicableOrganization & M anagement
Collaborate with IT, QDLs, and Operations to enhance digital workflow tools and standardize documentation practicesUtilize performance metrics and data to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and report on the impact of training and performance initiativesProvide coaching to QDL Team regarding work order requirements, effective tooling, data recording, and quality compliance standardsTechnical
Audit work orders in TRIGOAPPS, SAP, or other designated systems to verify correct data entry, inspection results, and photo documentationEnsure the team follows best practices to improve operational efficiencyGenerate periodic reports on open work orders, data accuracy, and revision history for management reviewOther
