Job Title : ServiceNow Admin Locations : Remote / Home Based Duration : Long term Description : Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into workflow automation solutions.
• Confer with architects and process owners to document process definitions and solutions.
• Provide solution designs to customers during POCs, development, and project implementation.
• Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.
• Develop and direct software system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation.
• Ensure client stakeholders are managed effectively and updated on progress with risks / issues.MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important) :
• Demonstrated experience with JavaScript, XML, HTML, and CSS. Other programming languages and frameworks such as React, Python, and SQL is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to design and architect solution design and architecture, leveraging best practices and OOTB capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA), RPA tools such as UI Path, and AI-type solutions.
• Experience in using APIs, such as REST, SOAP, and JSON.DESIRED SKILLS :
• Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
• Willingness to learn and develop in other technologies and platforms as part of integration and / or standalone projects.
• Experience effectively communicating and discussing complex business and technical topics to all levels of the
