Real Estate Agent

Join our dynamic real estate team as a Real Estate Agent. We are looking for a motivated individual, with or without experience, to assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Bilingual preferred but not required!

Must complete licensing for hire - onsite training and mentorship provided.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their real estate needs
• Market properties through various channels to attract potential buyers or renters
• Assist clients in viewing properties and provide guidance on pricing and market trends
• Manage property listings and ensure accurate and up-to-date information
• Bilingual candidates may assist non-native English speakers effectively
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills to handle multiple client transactions simultaneously
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying or selling process
• Sales skills are essential to negotiate deals and close transactions successfully

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and real estate law
• Proven experience in the real estate industry or a related field
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
• Proficiency in property management practices
• Strong organizational skills to manage client portfolios efficiently
• Excellent customer service skills to build rapport with clients
• Multilingual abilities are a plus for catering to diverse clientele
• Sales experience is beneficial for driving successful transactions

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in multiple languages for enhanced client interactions
• Previous experience in property sales or rentals
• Calendar management skills for scheduling property viewings and client meetings
• Event planning experience for hosting open houses or client appreciation events
