Armed Security Site Supervisor

Allied Universal Services is seeking the position of an Armed Security Site Supervisor.

The Armed Site Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services to an assigned customer. The Armed Site Supervisor will act as a liaison between customers, Operation Managers and security officers. They will supervise site staff and provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.

Qualifications / requirements include : being at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent, effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, licensing requirements subject to state and / or local laws and regulations, successful completion of a background investigation and a drug screen, exceptional customer service and communication skills, intermediate computer skills, ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently, capability to utilize scheduling and billing software, and ability to work in various environments and occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds.

Now Hiring Armed Site Supervisors to work Transit in the areas of Downtown Miami, FL! Our Armed Transit Security Officers monitor and patrol various areas of the Metro-rail such as the platforms and movers. You will patrol while remaining visible deterring criminal activity, ensuring the safeguard of commuters, and display exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Pay Rate : $28.18 / hour

Location : Downtown Miami, FL

Full Time - ALL SHIFTS

Must have (No Exceptions) : Active driver's license, Valid Florida Security License D License and G License, Supervisor Experience in the areas of Security, Military, Law Enforcement, or Corrections, required
