We're seeking a driven and strategic National Sales Manager to lead direct sales efforts across the U.S. This is an individual contributor role focused on selling construction-related services to facility managers in commercial, industrial, and institutional environments. The position is 100% remote and requires up to 80% travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive new business development by selling construction services directly to facility managers and operational leaders
- Build and manage a personal pipeline of qualified opportunities across multiple regions
- Develop tailored proposals and presentations that address client needs and operational challenges
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and performance metrics in CRM
Qualifications :
5+ years of B2B sales experience in construction services, building maintenance, or facilities managementProven success selling to facility managers or property decision-makersStrong understanding of service contracts, compliance, and construction workflowsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to travel nationally up to 80%Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
