Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Internal Float Pool!

Are you an experienced RN seeking a dynamic night shift role that offers variety, challenge, and opportunities for growth? Look no further! As a vital member of our Internal Float Pool, you will rotate between various units, including ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU support at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center.

Key Details :

Shift : 3rd Shift (7 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM)
Schedule : 36 hours per week with self-scheduling flexibility
Location : Aurora St Lukes Medical Center - 2900 W Oklahoma Ave Milwaukee, WI 53215
Pay Range : $37.50 - $56.25
Sign-On Bonus : Up to $10,000
Student Loan Forgiveness : Up to $20,000
Tuition Assistance : Up to $7,200

Your Responsibilities :

Provide high-quality, patient-centered care while floating between Med / Surg, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU support units.

Quickly adapt to different unit workflows, maintaining clinical excellence.

Utilize your skills in assessing patient needs, planning interventions, and evaluating care effectiveness.

What We’re Looking For :

Experience : Minimum of 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years preferred).

Flexibility : Availability to work 2 Mondays, 2 Fridays, 1 weekend, and 2 holidays over a 6-week schedule.

Training & Skills :

Receive training in ACLS, NIHSS, IV Ultrasound, and Charge Nurse cross-training.
