    About the Role : Full-Time Assistant Teacher

    As an Assistant Teacher, you will work alongside lead educators to implement daily routines, create a safe and nurturing classroom, and support each child's development through active supervision and meaningful interactions.

    Key Responsibilities :

    • Assist in implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum
    • Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment
    • Supervise and engage children with warmth and enthusiasm
    • Support classroom organization, sanitation, and daily transitions
    • Communicate professionally with parents and team members
    • Maintain compliance with Alabama DHR licensing standards
    • What Were Looking For :

    • High school diploma or GED required (CDA or coursework in ECE preferred)
    • Previous experience in a licensed early childhood setting is a plus
    • Energetic, dependable, and a team player
    • Passionate about child development and education
    • Able to meet all state and center training requirements
