Key Responsibilities

Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using standardized tests and clinical examinations.
Develop personalized rehabilitation programs tailored to patient goals.
Implement treatment plans using various techniques to enhance mobility and reduce pain.
Operate specialized physical therapy equipment safely and effectively.
Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies.
Maintain a safe treatment environment by adhering to safety guidelines.
Engage in quality assurance initiatives and professional development.
Participate in discharge planning for smooth transitions to home or community settings.

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.

Current BLS certification (AHA / ARC).

Preferred Qualifications

Doctorate degree in physical therapy.

Experience in physical therapy (New Grads are welcome to apply).

Additional certifications or licenses may be required.

Essential Skills

Strong critical thinking and interpersonal communication skills.

Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Proficiency in PC skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Physical Abilities : Must be able to move about and handle equipment (50-100lbs).

Mental Requirements : Ability to cope with frequent public contact and meet deadlines under pressure.

Sensory : Must possess visual acuity and effective communication skills.
