Position Overview :
As a Housekeeper at Marriott, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Your attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional service will contribute to the overall success of our hotel. You will work closely with other members of the housekeeping team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications :
At least 1 years of related experience required.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Ability to work independently (and in a team).Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methodsAbility to speak multiple languagesResponsibilities :
Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces according to Marriott's standardsEnsure that all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained and storedReport any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate departmentAssist guests with any requests or inquiries they may haveWork collaboratively with other members of the housekeeping team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standardsWork Conditions & Physical Demands
