Our client is looking to add a Business Analyst to their team with a focus in Customer Relationship Management (CRM). The ideal candidate will evaluate business needs, design tailored CRM solutions, and oversee the implementation and adoption of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. They will develop SOPs, training materials, and CRM strategies aligned with organizational objectives, ensuring the new system effectively supports customer engagement and operational efficiency. The job is hybrid, with an office in Columbia, SC. This is a 12 month contract position with the opportunity for extension.
Responsibilities :
- Assess business workflows and customer engagement processes to identify CRM requirements and opportunities for improvement.
- Design, configure, and implement CRM systems aligned with organizational goals.
- Develop and document SOPs and training materials for CRM adoption.
- Create CRM strategies to enhance customer relationships, data management, and productivity.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure CRM tools support their activities.
- Monitor CRM performance, provide recommendations, and optimize system effectiveness.
- Prepare reports and insights on CRM performance, user adoption, and ROI for leadership.
- Stay current on CRM technology trends and emerging tools for continuous improvement.
- Assist with vendor selection, evaluation, and implementation of CRM platforms or upgrades.
Required Skills :
5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM — configuration, implementation, and optimization.7+ years of experience with sales processes, workflows, pipeline management, and process optimization.3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst — requirements gathering, process documentation, cross-functional teamwork.Benefits :
