JOB DESCRIPTION

Overview

The Inventory Clerk is responsible for Verifying Products upon Receipt, and preparing inventory for the sales floor.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Responsible for the receiving and handling of incoming cannabis deliveries.
• Adhere to strict applicable policies, rules, regulations, and / or other standards required as a part of compliance with the Company and Cannabis Compliance Board (CCB) guidelines.
• Assist with weekly and monthly, and quarterly inventory counts.
• Ensure that all products have been properly labeled with the appropriate barcode / compliance labels and are accounted for within the company's inventory system and METRC.
• Keep a clean and well-organized vault and sales floor.
• Enter new products into Point of sale, and accept manifests into METRC as needed.
• Verify vendor deliveries while making sure inventory received matches the manifest / invoice.
• Promote a positive work environment that is customer-service oriented.
• Ensure Company goals, deadlines, and performance standards are met.
• Attend regular mandatory training classes, OSHA training, METRC training, and staff meetings.
• Other duties assigned by management.
