Role and Responsibilities :
As an Assistant General Manager (AGM) , you'll report to the Operations (General) Manager at an Attic Projects facility and serve as a bridge between field crews and facility leadership. This role requires hands-on field engagement and supervision along with management training , giving you the experience needed to eventually run operations at the facility level.
