Job Description Summary :
The Production Mission Operations and Enhancements Division is seeking Graduating Senior or Recent College Graduate to join the Draper Systems Engineering team. Candidates will learn and apply the fundamentals of systems engineering to a broad highly technical portfolio.
A successful candidate will be :
Highly motivated to support the delivery of technology solutions that are of strategic importance to the nation
Dedicated to developing the in-depth mission and technology domain expertise that enable realization of such solutions for complex systems
Capable of working & coordinating responsibilities inside a multidisciplinary team
Tasking may include : Identification of customer needs development of use cases requirements analysis and flow-down system concept / architecture development (including analysis of alternatives test design interface definition / control verification / test planning development of system engineering documentation model development vehicle and mission-level simulation development performance assessment documentation of analysis results and presentation of results both internal and external stake-holders.

Duties / Responsibilities
Ability to independently complete assignments by applying technical knowledge to defined problems with minimal oversight.
Contribute content for technical reports and presentations with appropriate guidance.
Adapt appropriately to changes in program requirements.
Identify challenges associated with assigned work and communicate them to project leadership.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Education
Requires a bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering Computer Engineering Systems Engineering Applied Physics or related field.
Experience

The US base salary range for this full-time position is
$62500.00 - $125000.00
Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training. Union ranges will be in compliance with the collective bargaining agreements approved rates by location and role.
