Duties

• Respond to leads, answer prospect calls and conduct property tours.
• Utilize established sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic.
• Assist prospective tenants with application and lease completion.
• Collect deposits, fees and rent from new move-ins.
• Assist property manager in efficiently and effectively managing property as needed.
• Coordinate property leasing activities and maintain accurate records using sofware
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants and handle inquiries with professionalism
• Follow policies relating to but not limited to Fair Housing, Harassment and Safety Standards

Qualifications

• Knowledge of property leasing processes and regulations
• Atleast one year of sales / leasing experience
• Basic computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Office, Email and Web Research
• Familiarity with software is a plus
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
