- Respond to leads, answer prospect calls and conduct property tours.
- Utilize established sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic.
- Assist prospective tenants with application and lease completion.
- Collect deposits, fees and rent from new move-ins.
- Assist property manager in efficiently and effectively managing property as needed.
- Coordinate property leasing activities and maintain accurate records using sofware
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants and handle inquiries with professionalism
- Follow policies relating to but not limited to Fair Housing, Harassment and Safety Standards
Qualifications
- Knowledge of property leasing processes and regulations
- Atleast one year of sales / leasing experience
- Basic computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Office, Email and Web Research
- Familiarity with software is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
