• Participate in patient evaluation, treatment, and progress assessment.
• Work independently in patient homes, adhering to professional and safety standards.
• Develop and adapt treatment plans based on patient progress and needs.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.
