A well known law firm is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their legal team as a Corporate Legal Administrative Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with talented professionals, and gaining valuable experience in corporate law. This is a hybrid role, with the option to work 3 days remote and eventually 4, once training is completed.
- GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Document Preparation : Drafting, editing, and formatting legal documents, including contracts, agreements, policies, corporate resolutions, and preparation of record and closing books
- Corporate Filings : Assisting with the preparation and filing of corporate documents, such as annual reports, business licenses, and other regulatory filings.
- Timekeeping : Tracking and recording the time spent by attorneys and other legal professionals on various tasks and activities, and ensuring that the invoices are accurate, detailed, and comply with client billing guidelines
- Data Management : Managing and organizing legal department databases and systems, including document management systems, and maintaining client files and contact information
- Calendar Administration : Assisting with managing attorneys' calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and tracking deadlines
- Proactively ensuring that the legal team is prepared with necessary materials for closings, meetings, etc.
- Other administrative tasks such as coordinating travel arrangements, processing expense reports, and handling other administrative tasks, as needed.

- REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of legal administrative experience (transactional Real Estate / Corporate strongly preferred)
- Minimum of high school graduation (business school or related professional legal administrative degree preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven ability to manage multiple calendars
