Surgery - General Physician

Permanent Position : Neurosurgeon in Pueblo, Colorado

Join a thriving healthcare facility and be part of an exceptional Neurosurgery team in Pueblo, Colorado. We are seeking a Board-Eligible / Board Certified Neurosurgeon who is dedicated to providing outstanding patient care. Our state-of-the-art facility boasts a collaborative environment, equipped with modern neuro-navigation tools and a supportive staff comprised of a seasoned neurosurgeon and four experienced advanced practice providers (APPs).

Job Responsibilities :

• Provide comprehensive neurosurgery services in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Conduct clinic sessions averaging 8 to 12 patients per day, supported by PAs.
• Perform surgeries in the operating room with complete access to advanced medical technologies.
• Participate in 7 days of ER call per month, primarily reviewing images from home.
• Manage a call schedule that includes likely one weekend per month.
• Develop and grow an elective spine practice in a community with high demand for neurosurgical services.
• Utilize the EPIC documentation system for all medical records and patient information.
