General Summary of Position

MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center isseeking experienced RNs to fill roles in our Intermediate Care / MedicalSurgical Unit.

Unit Highlights 48 Bed Unit

Mix of High Acuity Intermediate Care and Medical-Surgical patients

Chronic vents, insulin drips

Excellent leadership and tenured core group of RNs who work well together andwith newer nurses on the unit

Flexible scheduling

Key Responsibilities

As a Clinical Nurse you will deliver proficient nursing care to patients and families whose needs range from uncomplicated to highly complex. You will identify current and potential complex problems of specific patient populations and critically analyzes trends and changes in patient status and plans appropriate interventions directly or indirectly through other nurses.
