Lead Production Team Member

This role temporarily fills in for a supervisor to keep production running smoothly. Responsibilities include coordinating technicians, training new hires, checking product quality, and scheduling production to meet customer needs.

Pay Rate : $19.50 - $20.50 / hour

Duties :

• Schedule and coordinate production activities to meet deadlines and customer needs.
• Cover for supervisors and employees during absences.
• Enter and maintain production paperwork in JD Edwards system.
• Maintain knowledge of all production processes and products.
• Train new employees on equipment operation and work procedures.
• Monitor and confirm product quality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements : Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 50 pounds., required education : HS Diploma or GED.

Work Location : SM | SMX at TG Missouri, New Albany, IN 47150.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $19.50 - $20.50 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
