Local Contract Certified Surgical Technologist - $40-46 per hour

Rang Healthcare is seeking a local contract Certified Surgical Technologist for a local contract job in Concord, Massachusetts. Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Certified Surgical Technologist Discipline : Allied Health Professional Start Date : 11 / 17 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 10 hours, days Employment Type : Local Contract Position : Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Location : Concord, MA Shift : 4x10 Hour Day Shifts (6 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM) Duration : 13 weeks, 40 hours / week Responsibilities : Prepare operating rooms for surgery by setting up surgical instruments and equipment. Assist surgeons during operations by anticipating needs and maintaining a sterile field. Ensure instruments are properly sterilized and accounted for before, during, and after surgery. Collaborate with the surgical team to provide safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care. Maintain compliance with hospital policies and infection control standards. Requirements : Active NBSTSA Certification required. Current BLS certification . Prior surgical tech experience in a hospital or acute care setting preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Schedule & Call : Schedule : Days, 4x10s (6 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM, 40 hours / week) Call Required per Rotation : Rotating call based on unit needs. Approximately one weekday call every other week (as backup to night shift). Approximately one weekend call shift per month (24 hours). Additional call may be assigned as needed by the OR.
