The Nursing Supervisor will lead and support a team of home health nurses, ensuring high-quality patient care and smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities : Supervise and support homecare nursing staff, ensuring clinical excellence and compassionate care. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and training as needed. Oversee patient care plans, ensuring they meet medical standards and individual needs. Coordinate scheduling and staffing to maintain coverage and continuity of care. Ensure compliance with state, federal, and agency regulations. Serve as a liaison between patients, families, physicians, and staff. Participate in audits, quality improvement initiatives, and case reviews. Qualifications : Active RN license in the state of (MI) Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in homecare or community health. Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
