• Act as the first point of contact for co-worker support needs
• Act as project manager for IT software programming and hardware upgrades
• Maintenance / upkeep SQL database
• Maintenance / upkeep MS Access application
• Maintenance / upkeep .NET framework version web app
• Maintenance / upkeep and development Salesforce portal
• Immediate Customer support through email
• Track and report on progress on key projects monthly.
• Utilize experience and company knowledge to provide efficient and effective programming solutions that minimize programming time while maximizing output value.
• Training for some of the above programming languages can be provided
• Other tasks as assigned
