Job descriptionBoard certified / eligible in internal or family medicine. New graduates, residents, and fellows are welcome to apply. Authorization to work in the U.S. (Sound offers visa sponsorship for qualified candidates). Open to H1b visa candidates with in-house visa specialists and filing fees covered. We cannot consider 2026 J1 waiver candidates for this site at this time. Flexible scheduling is available. Full-time day positions follow a 7-on, 7-off rotation. We work in a closed ICU setting with full intensivist support. Our team is not required to do procedures or run codes. Opportunity to teach Family Medicine residents on their inpatient rotations. Compensation : The yearly base salary is $280K for full-time days, along with opportunities for bonuses based on performance and growth. Excellent total rewards package. Benefits : Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. 401k with matching contributions. Paid malpractice, including tail coverage. Competitive relocation allowance and commencement bonus.
