Web Developer

Target Freight Management Inc. (TFM) is a well-established and rapidly growing third party logistics company headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA. We are seeking to fill a Web Developer position.

As a national company, TFM has several offices around the US, that allows our team to encompass the technology, experience, culture, and knowledge to be a leading industry provider. We deliver effective and efficient customized freight solutions to a multitude of industries.

Job Summary and Responsibilities :

The Web Developer will develop, maintain, and support. TFM software applications and other custom solutions. Tasks include, but are not limited to the following :

• Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices
• Create website layout / user interface by using standard HTML / CSS practices
• Integrate data from various back-end services and databases
• Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs
• Create and maintain software documentation
• Respond to and resolve software related help desk tickets
• Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our site
• Stay plugged into emerging technologies / industry trends and apply them into operations and activities
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize web pages for security and responsiveness
• Understand and use multiple programming languages to code
• Review and test code submissions from other developer on the teams
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
• Writing test cases for new and existing functionality
• All other duties assigned by management

Job Type : Full-time

Salary : $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Experience :

Full-stack development : 3 years (Preferred)

SQL : 1 year (Preferred)

React : 1 year (Preferred)
