Branch Operations Specialist

Pacific NW Federal Credit Union in NE Portland is seeking a Branch Operations Specialist to oversee branch operations and assist members through multiple channels. This position earns a highly competitive rate of $23 - $28 per hour . A Day in the Life of a Branch Operations Specialist

As the Branch Operations Specialist, you will be the primary Teller / Member Service Representative at our main branch in Portland, OR. You will report to the Member Service Operations Manager and manage the day-to-day branch operations. Your responsibilities include :

• Managing operational tasks including monthly audits, weekly cash ordering, vendor relations, and over / short reporting
• Welcoming members and providing information about Credit Union products and services
• Accurately processing member financial transactions and requests, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, wires, disputes, and card orders
• Opening additional sub-accounts, new CD's, dealing with POA's and deceased member accounts
• Balancing cash drawer and member transactions daily

Work Schedule

This position typically works Monday through Friday, 8 : 45 AM - 5 : 15 PM.
