State Licensed Sign Language Interpreter

A company is looking for a STAGES Sign Language Interpreter.

Key Responsibilities

Interpret and transliterate academic content for students who are D / HH in a virtual setting

Collaborate with educational teams to ensure compliance with students' IEPs and support their academic needs

Provide interpretation for school activities and maintain positive relationships with students and staff

Required Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience interpreting in an educational environment

Minimum 1 year of experience providing interpreting services virtually

National Interpreter Certification or state-specific educational interpreter licensure

Ability to work independently and maintain a professional home office

Experience supporting students identified as D / HH is desired but not required
