Mental Health Techs

to join our Behavioral Health & Addiction Resource Team (BART). In this role, youll work directly with patients to support daily care needs, assist with admissions and discharges, and help maintain a safe, therapeutic environment. Youll provide emotional support, monitor patient well-being, and facilitate group activities while ensuring accurate documentation and communication with the care team. Alongside compassionate professionals, youll play an essential role in empowering patients on their recovery journey.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred

12 years of experience in an inpatient behavioral health setting preferred

CPR certification (American Heart Association) required; CPI certification required within introductory period; Psychiatric Technician certification preferred
