Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals - Forest Lake is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for a Wire Feed Welder opening in Forest Lake, MN . This is a great opportunity for individuals who are skilled in welding, safety-conscious, and eager to contribute to a growing team .

Pay & Schedule

Hourly Pay : $18.00
Schedule : Monday-Thursday, 6 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM with overtime on Fridays
Pay Frequency : Weekly
Employment Type : Evaluation-to-Hire
Location : Forest Lake, MN

Key Responsibilities

Perform wire feed welding on various metal components according to specifications

Prepare materials and set up welding equipment

Inspect welds for accuracy and quality

Perform a welding test involving running an inner bead on angle iron

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications

Previous experience with wire feed welding

Ability to pass a welding test (inner bead on angle iron)

Familiarity with welding tools and safety procedures

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Willingness to work overtime on Fridays (paid at time and a half)
