A company is looking for a Remote Retention and Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Handle high volume incoming calls from customers requesting to cancel services and provide solutions to retain them
Utilize sales experience to persuade and upsell customers while addressing their concerns with empathy and professionalism
Maintain knowledge of company policies, products, and services to effectively resolve customer issues and enhance their experience
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
2+ years in a sales role focused on customer retention
2+ years of call center customer service or sales experience
High school diploma, GED, or some college experience
Ability to work in a distraction-free environment with high-speed internet
Attendance adherence is critical during the training / onboarding period
