About The Role

• Program Leadership & Governance

Define and manage program scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with Department of Defense Information Network (DODIN) requirements for the Army National Guard.

Oversee operations and sustainment of enterprise network services supporting 1,200 users across 140,000 endpoints in geographically dispersed environments.

Establish and enforce quality standards, operational processes, and performance metrics to ensure high availability, resiliency, and mission assurance.

Provide day-to-day direction, mentorship, and professional development to multidisciplinary program teams, ensuring technical and analytical expertise is applied effectively.

Ensure enterprise IT and cybersecurity capabilities are postured to support both Federal missions and rapid response requirements in support of State Governors during emergencies or natural disasters.

Details

Target Salary Range : $176,000 - $282,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
