The Role

We’re looking for a versatile, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team full-time. This role is central to how our brand identities come to life for each short-term rental property we design. You’ll work closely with our design team to create tailored logos, brand guides, and supporting visual assets that elevate each property’s unique style and appeal to its target market.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and deliver visual brand concept decks for each property, including :
  • Two primary logo concepts and two secondary logo concepts
  • 5–7 mockups per concept, with notes explaining design direction
  • Typography recommendations (heading, subheading, body)
  • Produce and refine designs in line with client and internal feedback
  • Manage revisions efficiently (quick turnaround expected)
  • Export and deliver final brand assets (PNG, PDF, SVG) in all required colorways
  • Upload and organize completed files in client drives
  • Collaborate with the team through Canva and Monday.com for project communication and tracking

Who You Are

  • A creative designer with a strong portfolio of branding and logo work
  • Flexible in adapting style across different property types (beach, mountain, metro, etc.)
  • Comfortable balancing speed with precision—you’ll be handling multiple projects weekly
  • Skilled in presenting your design decisions clearly and professionally
  • Experienced with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
  • Highly organized and able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
