Job Title : Shipping & Packaging Warehouse Coordinator

Location : On Site Norwood, New Jersey

Manager's Title : Manager, Wholesale Operations Manager

Type : Full Time, $20 / hourly + OT

What You'll Be Doing :

• Pick and prep shoes for custom orders (think of it as matchmaking shoes + inserts for their perfect pair).
• Assemble all the pieces of each order – custom inserts, shoes, and any extra goodies customers add on – then get them ready to ship.
• Double-check inserts and shoes to make sure everything looks and feels right before they head out the door.
• Deliver completed orders to the shipping area and keep things moving smoothly.
• Keep records up to date in our systems (computers + cloud ERP software).
• Scan foam box images daily (they're the molds that make custom inserts possible!) and keep them organized for future use.
• Print and stick labels with patients' names on shoeboxes – accuracy counts!
• Jump in on general warehouse duties when needed – we're a team-first kind of place.
