Civil Designer - Land Development

We are looking for a Civil Designer II to join our Land Development Group in our Columbus, OH office, where your expertise will significantly impact the landscape of land development. You will assist in the design of typical civil led development projects (residential, commercial, industrial and mixed use) to more specialized projects (parks, municipal and institutional). Key Responsibilities

Designing land development projects (commercial, industrial, residential).

Working on teams to complete due diligence, design, and permitting processes for site development projects.

Assisting Project Managers in client and regulatory agency communication.

Taking the lead on projects delegated by Project Managers.

Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients.

Mentor by reviewing work of junior staff and giving feedback.

Providing periodic construction observation and office support for projects under construction.

Qualifications

Must be a degreed Civil Engineer.

2-6 years of related experience in Land Development is required.

AutoCAD Civil 3D experience is preferred.

EIT or PE preferred.
