The Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) is seeking a dedicated, hands-on individual to join Region Four's Cedar Mountain Maintenance Station as a Transportation Technician II. This critical role is part of a dedicated team responsible for overseeing and supporting the construction and maintenance of state roads, helping to Keep Utah Moving safely and efficiently.

During the summer, you should expect to travel and work anywhere within Region Four for chip seal work.

Minimum Qualifications

This position may be filled at the Transportation Technician I level for applicants who do not meet the preferences listed below. In order to qualify at the Transportation Technician I level, applicants must have a class "A" CDL or be able to obtain one within 6 months of hire. After hire, candidate will need to complete all TEP, maintenance equipment, and construction certification requirements.
