The Position

The Shipping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the shipping department, ensuring that all outbound orders are packed, labeled, and shipped accurately and on time. This role supervises shipping staff, coordinates with production and customer service teams, and ensures compliance with safety, quality, and carrier requirements.
