Pediatrics Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our Pediatric / NICU team in Chico, CA. This NP will provide comprehensive healthcare services to infants, children, and adolescents, supporting both acute and preventive care needs.

Responsibilities :

Perform physical exams, diagnose and treat illnesses

Order and interpret diagnostic tests

Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans

Provide preventive care, including well-child exams, developmental screenings, and immunizations

Collaborate with pediatric and NICU teams to deliver high-quality patient care

Compensation & Schedule :

Salary : $115,000 $190,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

Schedule : Monday Friday, 6 : 00 AM 2 : 30 PM

Employment Type : Permanent, onsite

Requirements :

MUST have FNP or PNP license in California (new grads considered with Pediatric or NICU experience)

MUST have DEA within 3 months of hire

NRP and PALS within 6 months of hire

Preferred Qualifications :

Bilingual in Spanish

Acute care pediatric and / or NICU experience

Experience with intubation and placing emergency umbilical lines

National Certification as a Nurse Practitioner with PNP (Pediatric) specialty
