About The Position

  • Start date : As soon as credentialed
  • Schedule : Monday-Friday; 5x8's
  • Call requirements : None
  • Independent Model
  • Cases : General, endo, OB, neuro, ortho, and healthy peds; no hearts or burn. Will match CRNA to cases they are comfortable with.
  • Credentialing : 60-90 days
  • expedited privs w / clean file
  • New grads welcome!

Job Requirements

  • Must be licensed in IN or willing to obtain
  • Must be board certified with current ACLS, BLS, and PALS
