A company is looking for a Patient Account Representative to manage patient accounts and collections remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Identify delinquent accounts and perform collection actions
Evaluate patient financial status and establish payment plans
Maintain documentation of account activity and meet cash collection goals
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical billing and collections or related education
Bilingual skills are a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional and courteous approach to patient interactions
