The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at Barnwell is now hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team in Valatie, NY . We’re part of The Grand Healthcare System , a network of state-of-the-art facilities known for innovation, compassion, and career growth opportunities.

What You’ll Do :

Administer medications and treatments

Supervise and support CNAs to ensure quality care

Document resident care using electronic medical records

• Provide direct nursing care and patient support

Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members

What You Need :

Current NYS LPN License (Required)

CPR Certification (Required)
