Job Description
This early-career role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in finance operations and hands-on experience with NetSuite is a must. You’ll be responsible for invoicing processes, managing accounts receivable / payable, and assisting with compliance-related tasks. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and comfortable working across departments as well as intercompany entities to support financial functions.

- Accurate & timely invoices to clients
 - Completion of Month-end tasks
 - Accounts Receivable Collections
 
REPORTS TO : CFO
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Own and continuously improve transactional processes : AP / AR, invoicing, expense management, vendor payments, and payroll coordinationMonitor and reconcile client payments, retainer balances, and intercompany transactionsPerform daily and support AP / AR functionsAssist with annual audit and government-required 401(k) compliance reporting (e.g., Form 5500)Collaborate with internal departments to resolve script and reconciliation issuesSupport ad hoc financial projects and reporting requestsMaintain accuracy and timeliness in financial documentation and schedulesContribute to system improvements and process optimization initiativesWHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE
QUALIFICATIONS :
3–5 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite (NetSuite test will be part of the selection process)Education background in Finance / AccountingStrong understanding of end-to-end finance operations (AP, AR, bank recs, invoicing)Experience in a finance / Accounting role within a mid-sized organization (vs. public accounting)Ability to learn new systems quickly; tech-savvy mindset preferredExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailStrong interpersonal skills; able to work cross-functionally with various teamsFamiliarity with compliance and audit processes, especially related to 401(k) plansPreferred Attributes :Experience with procurement platforms (e.g. Concur, Precoro) is a plus, but not required
