Physican Assistant / Nurse Practitioner - Interventional Pain Management

Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner for a leading interventional pain management practice with locations in Clifton Park and Queensbury.

• Schedule : 9 days per pay period, working Mondays and every other Tuesday in Clifton Park, and Wednesday to Friday in Queensbury.
• Qualifications : Certified Nurse Practitioner license, DEA, willingness to travel 25%, neuro or ortho experience preferred but training provided.
• Responsibilities : Assess and manage patient care, perform physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, document in electronic records, perform procedures, and provide patient counseling.

Compensation ranges from $110,000 to $140,000 annually, with a sign-on bonus of $3,000 at 6 months and 1 year (negotiable).
