Physical Therapist

Healthcare Recruiters seeks one full-time or part-time (min 16 hrs. per week) Mobile Physical Therapist covering the Twin Cities (Minneapolis / St. Paul) Northern Metro and Southern MN.

This is a traveling role with mileage reimbursement between client / in-home locations. Very flexible schedule with field-based autonomy . Supportive leadership and opportunities for growth.

Territory Coverage Primary Areas :

Center City, Centerville, Chisago, Chisago City, Chisago Lake, Columbus, Forest Lake, Harris, Hugo, Lindstrom, Lino Lakes, Marine on St. Croix, North Branch, Scandia, Shafer, Spring Lake, Stacy, Taylors Falls, Wyoming

Pay Scale : Potential annual compensation : $100,000–$200,000 (paid per visit)

Visit Type Weekday Rate Weekend Rate : $120

Start of Care $100

Recertification of OASIS $85 per visit

Evaluations / OASIS Discharge $80 per visit

Functional Reassessment / Discharge $50 per visit

Treatment Visit / Supervision Visit $50 per visit

Meeting / Orientation $37 per hour

• $8K Retention Bonus during the first year of employment.
• $8K Sign-on Bonus for full-time. $4K Sign-on Bonus for part-time.
