This advert covers all Rushcliffe Care Group services. Our teams work with service users who may have mental health conditions, learning disabilities, autism, acquired brain injury, behaviours of concern, physical health needs, or long term conditions. Each service aims to create a supportive, structured environment where people can achieve independence, stability, and meaningful outcomes.
About the Role
Senior Support Workers play a key leadership role in our services. You will support service users with physical, social, and psychological needs under the guidance of Qualified Nurses or Care Team Leaders. You will also mentor, guide, and support junior staff and act as a role model for good practice. This includes leading by example to ensure that our values and working standards are consistently upheld.
