Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Non-IT) to plan, coordinate, and oversee strategic projects in areas such as engineering, research and development, financial operations, and product rollout . This position is ideal for a highly organized, results-oriented professional with strong leadership and communication skills who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
The Project Manager will serve as the key liaison between internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders — ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals .
Day-to-Day Responsibilities :
Plan and direct activities across multiple business and technical domains, ensuring milestones and objectives are met.
Develop detailed project plans , define deliverables, allocate resources, and coordinate cross-functional execution.
Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and project updates to leadership and external stakeholders.
Recruit, assign, and direct team members , fostering development and maintaining team performance.
Analyze resource needs, project feasibility, and market demand to inform planning decisions.
Collaborate with management, production, and marketing teams to review specifications and project goals.
Evaluate contracts, budgets, and cost estimates , recommending adjustments or approvals.
Oversee and approve product designs, process improvements, and project scope changes .
Consult or negotiate with internal and external clients to prepare project specifications and ensure alignment.
Must Haves (Required Qualifications) :
PMP or PMI certification required.
Experience managing non-IT projects (engineering, operations, manufacturing, R&D, or similar domains).
L eadership, time management, and organizational skills .
V erbal and written communication with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
Understanding of strategic planning, budgeting, and resource allocation .
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite — including MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities .
Nice to Haves (Preferred Skills) :
Experience in product development, supply chain, or process optimization .
Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies .
Previous experience leading cross-departmental projects in a corporate or manufacturing environment .
