We're looking for a Community Liaison Worker who is ready to roll up their sleeves and take action—supporting our overdose prevention efforts, raising awareness about treatment options, and distributing life-saving Naloxone. This is your chance to be at the forefront of community health, driving change where it's needed most.
About the Role :
As a Community Liaison Worker , you'll play a vital role in implementing outreach strategies to engage individuals and communities affected by Opioid Use Disorder (OUD). You’ll help integrate harm reduction programs into our behavioral health services, train others in Naloxone use, and support access to Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) through our HOPE / MAT Program.
