Position Summary :

IEC Property Services Corporation (IECPSC) is looking for an energetic, skilled Leasing Manager to be responsible for all the leasing activities at our 468-unit apartment community located in Santa Clara, California. Our associates exemplify our cultural pillars :

Job Duties :

• Strong leasing and marketing efforts
• Assist in scheduling and conducting lease signing meetings and move-ins
• Complete administrative and lease-related data entries in the property management system (YARDI)
• Provide excellent customer service to residents
• Provide reports and other systems data to support leasing and marketing efforts as required
