What you’ll do Fill prescriptions accurately and on time under pharmacist supervision and per SOPs and state law.
Keep patient profiles current; route clinical questions to a pharmacist.
Communicate professionally with patients and prescribers while following HIPAA and state rules.
Follow regulatory standards (FL Board of Pharmacy, FDA, Medicare / DME, ACHC, OSHA).
Hit turnaround goals while delivering quality service to patients and internal partners.
Research and resolve aging orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
Support inventory (check stock, anticipate needs, place / expedite orders, verify receipts, remove outdated meds).
Accurately enter and process prescriptions as permitted by FL law.
Maintain a safe, clean, audit-ready pharmacy.
What you’ll bring Active Florida Registered Pharmacy Technician (FL Board of Pharmacy). 0–2 years pharmacy technician experience (retail or mail-order).
New grads encouraged to apply.
Comfortable following SOPs in a Medicare / DME environment.
Clear phone / documentation skills and a team-first mindset.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook / Word / Excel.
Spanish bilingual a plus (not required).
PTC B / CPhT preferred (not required).
