Candidate qualifications and responsibilities include :

 Current Illinois license : LCPC, LCSW or LMFT

 Active malpractice insurance

 Desire to build a caseload of 15 or more clients

 Provide assessment, treatment planning and therapy for clients and complete notes / paperwork in a timely manner
