Job Title : Electrician

Job Description

We are seeking skilled electricians to work on an exciting project at an existing Amazon Fresh building in Reno. The project requires a total of five electricians, including three Electrician Trainees (ET) and two Journey-level electricians (JM).

Responsibilities

• Assist journey-level electricians in hanging light fixtures.
• Run large conduit up to 4 inches and circuits to panels.
• Install and connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, outlets, or other components and systems.
• Set up power distribution systems to support lighting.
• Lay out and install conduit, wiring, junction boxes, and panels based on blueprints and NEC code.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings.
• Possibly supervise apprentices, providing guidance and direction.
• Cut, bend, thread, and run electrical conduit materials.
• Pull electrical wiring through electrical conduit.
• Terminate electrical panels, set fixtures, outlets, and various electrical devices.

Work Environment

Work takes place inside an Amazon distribution center located in Reno, NV. The schedule includes mandatory 6x10 shifts, ensuring a steady workload. Safety protocols will be conducted on the first day with the general contractor's safety team.

This is a Contract position based out of Reno, Nevada

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $38.00 / hr.
