Description :

Behavioral Health-Adolescent population. Complete nutrition assessments by consult only. 2-4 hours weekly. Can be done in the evenings and on weekends as long as the consult is complete withing 72 hours of order.

Must have NDTR / RD credential awarded from the Commission on Dietetic Registration.

KEY RESPONSIBLITITES MAY INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO :

• Completion of MDS assessments, Section K, CAA
• Documentation for residents at a high risk for nutritional problems.
• Participation in the care planning process.
• Collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team.
• Provide oversight to the food service department with routine audit for safety, sanitation, and quality of food.
